What is the correct permitting route for a BESS?
The route depends on the characteristics, location and configuration of the project. Before starting work we analyse the specific case and identify the documentation, the authorities involved and the applicable permitting path. The MASE, the Italian Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security, publishes an operational guide and dedicated forms for BESS procedures.
