Every project is staffed in-house across all the disciplines involved: no handover between the people who set the permitting strategy and the people who sign the drawings.
In practice, the constraints matrix drawn up during due diligence is the same one that shapes the layout, feeds the package submitted to the authorities, and carries through, unchanged, into the construction drawings and site supervision.
